AmRest Holdings SE ('AmRest', 'the Company') informs that it received on January 27th, 2017 a notice from Mr. Mark Chandler - a member of the Company's Management Board, about a sale of 4 589 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 319.37 per share executed on January 25th, 2017. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
