LARGO, FL- Sterling Ultra Precision, the world's leading manufacturer of ultra-precision lathes for the manufacture of contact lenses and intraocular lenses, has expanded its Asian operations with the opening of a new office near Taipei, Taiwan.
The Taiwan office is the third Asian operation established by Sterling in the past three years, reflecting the importance of its growing Asian customer base.
The new Taiwan office provides Sterling with the ability to better support its existing customers with faster response times and greater efficiencies as well as create opportunities for expanding its business in Taiwan and across Southeast Asia. In a related action, Sterling added a new service engineer, Tsung Lin Yu, at its Taiwan location.
