Customer Lobby in Lexington Closing this Morning Due to Winter Weather

Owenton Payment Office Remains Open


Lexington, Ky. (Jan. 22, 2016) - Kentucky American Water's customer lobby in Lexington will be closed Friday, January 22, 2016, as of 9 a.m. due to the inclement weather. The company's payment center in Owenton, Ky., will remain open unless road conditions there deteriorate.


Customers may utilize the local drop boxes to make payments, or may call the company's Customer Service Center at 1-800-678-6301 to conduct any needed business or request any needed services.
