Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited aims to provide shareholders with a total return comprising income from distributions through the period of the group's ownership of the assets and capital distribution upon the sale, or other disposition of the assets. Until December 2019 the group regularly received income in the form of lease payments and income distributions were made to shareholders quarterly in accordance with the company's target of distribution to shareholders of 2.0625 pence per share per quarter. On 6 April 2020, as a result of the impact of COVID-19 on the airline industry, the company announced that the board had resolved to temporarily suspend the payment of any kind of distribution to shareholders, as the board's priority lay in preserving the long-term financial stability of the company for the benefit of its shareholders and creditors. The board considered that maintaining the company's liquidity was vital and prudent. Whilst two dividends were declared and paid in October 2020 and January 2021, the board took the decision to suspend quarterly dividends until the rehabilitation of Thai Airways and the agreement with the company's lenders were complete. On 1 December 2021 the board announced its decision that the company recommences the payment of quarterly dividends in January 2022.
