Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited is a Guernsey-based specialist fund. The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing, and then selling aircraft. To pursue its investment objective, the Company sought to use the net proceeds of placings and/or other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities, to acquire aircraft, which it leased to one of three major airlines. It has a portfolio of six A380, two B777-300ER and four A350-900 aircraft, all on long-term leases to either Emirates or Thai. It has about 12 wholly owned aircraft owning subsidiaries and two Irish leasing subsidiaries. Its subsidiaries include AA4P Alpha Limited, AA4P Beta Limited, AA4P Gamma Limited, AA4P Delta Limited, AA4P Epsilon Limited, AA4P Zeta Limited, AA4P Eta Limited, AA4P Theta Limited, AA4P Lambda Limited, AA4P Mu Limited, AA4P Nu Limited, AA4P Leasing Ireland Limited, AA4P Leasing Ireland 2 Limited, and AA4P Xi Limited.
