Ambition Corporation announced consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 16,558 million against JPY 9,958 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 548 million against JPY 60 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 268 million against JPY 30 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share were JPY 38.53 against JPY 5.04 a year ago.
The company also provided earnings guidance for the fourth quarter of 2018. The company expected net sales of JPY 22,289 million. Operating profit of JPY 672 million. Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 304 million. Basic earnings per share of JPY 44.91.
Ambition DX Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Ambition Corp, is a Japan-based company engaged in property management business, rental brokerage business, and investment business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Property Management segment is engaged in the leasing properties rented from real estate owners with a rent guarantee to general consumers, real estate owner recruitment agency business, and restoration work when moving in and out.
