AMA Marine Public Company Limited Announces Appointment of Sakchai Ratchakitprakarn as Corporate Secretary

AMA Marine Public Company Limited held a Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2020 on 21 February 2020, has passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Sakchai Ratchakitprakarn as the Corporate Secretary to replace Ms. Naruechol Vaidyanuwatti who resigned from such position, effective from 22 February 2020 onwards.
