Altice USA, Inc. announces an Equity Buyback for $2,000 million worth of its shares.

Altice USA, Inc. (NYSE:ATUS) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $2,000 million Class A shares. The repurchase program will commence after the completion of separation of Altice N.V. and Altice USA, Inc. by the end of second quarter of 2018. The repurchase program has no expiration date.
