Appointments : Strengthening of corporate functions of the Altarea Cogedim group

Marina Jestin joins Altarea Cogedim as the Group's Commitments Director. As a member of the Group's Executive Committee, she reports to the Management Board.
A graduate of the HEC and the ESTP, Marina Jestin began her career at Arthur Andersen and has more than 20 years in the real estate industry. As such, she has held various management positions at Unibail-Rodamco where she was successively Director of Asset and Property Management of the Commerce Division, General Manager of the Outlet Division, and General Manager of Operations in Europe, before being appointed Deputy General Manager of Viparis. In 2014, she joined Allianz Real Estate as Head of Retail.

As part of the strengthening of the Altarea Cogedim corporate functions initiated a few months ago, Karine Marchand has taken on the role of Head of Group Human Resources Department, reporting to Philippe Mauro, the Group's General Secretary. She joins the enlarged Executive Committee.
Karine Marchand has a Masters II degree in Human Resources. She began her career in 1995 in the Bayer group, where she spent 11 years and worked successively in all areas of the business. In 2006, she joined the Siemens group, following the sale of Bayer Diagnostics to the latter, before becoming responsible for Head office functions in the HR Department of the Casino Group in 2009. In 2012, she joined Ramsay Générale de Santé to refocus the Group's HR development. In early 2016, she conducted a transition management assignment as Head Office Director of Human Resources for the Suez group.

Isabelle Guillou strengthens the Financial Management Department of Altarea Cogedim and is creating a Performance Department. She reports to Eric Dumas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group.
A graduate of HEC Liège, Isabelle Guillou began her industry career in 1991 at Arcelor Mittal as Deputy Financial Director, followed by Management Control Director at Laboratoires Servier in 2000. She joined Le Printemps group in 2005 as Management Control Director, followed by Virgin Stores in 2010, as Administration and Finance Director. Since 2013, she was Administration and Finance Director at Rue du Commerce.
