On Wednesday 4 June, Augustin de Romanet, Chairman & CEO of Aéroports de Paris, together with Christophe Kullmann, CEO of Foncière des Régions and Alain Taravella, founding CEO of AltareaCogedim, laid the foundation stone of the Askia office building in the Coeur d'Orly eco-friendly business district, a Greater Paris flagship project.

Just 10 minutes from Paris and in the close vicinity of Paris-Orly Airport, the Askia office building is a 19,500 sqm development (18,500 sqm of offices and 1,000 sqmof ground-floor shops) that can be seen from the A106 motorway. This office building was designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and opens onto a large interior garden. It fits perfectly into its immediate surroundings.

Askia is a model of eco-friendliness and will be BBC effinergie®-certified. It complies with energy consumption requirements in thermal regulations and is NF Tertiary Building - HQE®-certified.
