Alpha DX Group Limited Announces Resignation of Ng Chee Weng @ Max Ng Chee Weng as Independent Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee

The Board of Alpha DX Group Limited has agreed to accept Mr. Ng Chee Weng @ Max Ng Chee Weng's resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from 25 February 2022. Following Mr. Ng Chee Weng @Max Ng Chee Weng's resignation, he will also relinquish his position as the Chairman of Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company.
