Material Fact

CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNOSTICA S.A. ("Company"; "Alliar") (B3: AALR3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has entered into a 10-year service agreement with Federação das Unimeds da Amazônia ("Unimed FAMA"), recognized health operator in the northern region, with more than 100,000 beneficiaries, covering the states of Amazonas, Amapá, Pará, Acre, Rondônia and Roraima.

The contract foresees the provision of diagnostic medicine services, especially in clinical analysis, on a non-exclusive basis, which will enable Alliar to increase its capillarity in the North Region to provide diagnostic medicine services to private patients, from other health operators and cooperatives.

Initially, the services provided by Alliar to Unimed FAMA will be concentrated in 7 new units, distributed in different cities in the states of Amazonas, Amapá, Pará and Roraima.

The contract with Unimed FAMA also states the possibility of expanding Alliar's operations to other cities and states covered by Unimed FAMA, such as Acre and Rondônia, as well as having preemptive rights to provide its services in the event of an increase in the coverage area of Unimed FAMA service.

The contract will permit the expansion of clinical analysis tests and the increase in scale at the Company, enabling better cost efficiency.

This partnership represents another important step by Alliar moving towards its strategy of expanding and consolidating its operations in different regions of Brazil, in addition to those in which it already has recognition in the provision of diagnostic medicine services through images and clinical analysis, as well as diversification of its source of revenue and portfolio of products and services.
