Albion Technology & General VCT PLC is a United Kingdom-based venture capital trust (VCT). The Company’s investment objective is to provide investors with a regular and predictable source of dividend income, combined with the prospect of long-term capital growth, through a balanced portfolio of predominantly unquoted growth and technology businesses in a qualifying VCT. The Company invests in a portfolio of unquoted growth and technology businesses. It is intended that normally at least 80% of the Company’s funds will be invested in VCT qualifying investments. The Company invests in various sectors that include software and other technology; financial technology; cash; healthcare, including digital healthcare; renewable energy, and others, including education. Albion Capital Group LLP is the investment manager of the Company.
