1- Approv and adpot the end of year financial statements for the year as ended at 31/61/2022.
Approve the recommendations of the Nominations& bonuses Committee for no attendance allowance to the Board members at the Board meetings.
Mandate Sheikh Khaled S. Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of directors to give his instructions for the all necessary actions to be taken to call for the General Assembly meeting.
Approve the recommendation presented to the board at the report from the internal control unit to change the head office address to:
