The Board of Directors of Al Batnah Hotels Company SAOG at its meeting held on September 2, 2020, has accepted Mr. Tariq Sulaiman Al Hooqani resignation from Board Membership and executive committee as of September 2, 2020. He submitted his resignation after the approval of the articles of association of the company, which stipulated that the number of members of the Board of Directors to be 7 members instead of 8 members. The company received a letter from Royal Guard Pension Fund to appoint Mr. Hilal Saeed Al-Senani to be their representative on Board of Directors of the company as substitute for Mr. Mohammed Yousuf Al Harthy. Mr. Hilal bin Saeed Al-Senani holds a diploma in accounting from Sultan Qaboos University in 2003 and has a long experience spanning seventeen years in accounting, finance and investment, currently working as an accountant in the Royal Guard of Oman Retirement Fund. The company received a letter from Civil Service Employees Pension Fund on 2 September 2020 to appoint Mr. Ibrahim Nasser Al Fahdi to be their representative on Board of Directors of the company as substitute for Mr. Sultan Khalifa Al Tai. Ibrahim bin Nasser Al-Fahdi holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, seventeen years of practical experience, held several positions as an accountant in Civil Service Employees Pension Fund, then as an accountant in the Finance Department, the Investment Support Department, then the Head of the Human Resources Payroll Department, and currently he working as the Director of the Fund Department in the A'Dakhiliyah Governorate since 2016 To date. Restructuring the Audit Committee as: Mr. Wassem Salah Qaraeen - Chariman, Mr. Nasser Bin Saeed Al Harthy- Member, Mr. Nasser Ali Al Ameeri - Member, and Mr. Ibrahim Nasser Al Fahdi - Member. Restructuring the Executive Committee and Nomination and Remuneration as: Mr. Hafidh Al Hadrami - Chariman, Mr. Salim Bin Adey Al Mamari - Member, and Mr. Hilal Saeed Al-Senani - Member.
