Akumin Inc. Appoints Ronald J. Bienias to Serve as the Chief Restructuring Officer

Akumin Inc. announced that effective October 20, 2023, the board of directors of the Company appointed Ronald J. Bienias to serve as the company's Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO). Ronald J. Bienias, age 52, has served as a Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners, LLP (AlixPartners") since January 2021. Mr. Bienias served as Director at AlixPartners from April 2017 through January 2021.

He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Turnaround Professional. Mr. Bienias holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
