Company Announcement Airobot Technologies AS is planning merger with its 100% subsidiary

The management of Airobot Technologies AS is planning the merger of Airobot Technologies AS (the acquiring company) and its 100% subsidiary OÜ Airobot. The aim is to simplify the structure of the group, as well as financial and legal processes. The merger is planned to be completed in the second half of 2022. The company will continue to operate under the business name of Airobot Technologies AS.

Airobot Technologies AS is an indoor climate technology and production company, which is characterized by strong software and air analysis. Airobot's main product is innovative ventilation equipment with a demand-based control algorithm, which has been developed in cooperation with the University of Tartu and TalTech. The devices are developed, designed and manufactured in Estonia.
