MEETING OF A COMMITTEE APPOINTED BY THE BOARD

AIA Group Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of a committee appointed by the board of directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 12 March 2020 for the purpose of, among other things, considering and approving the release of the Company's annual results for the year ended 31 December 2019 and considering the recommendation on the payment of a final dividend, if any.
