AGORA Hospitality Group Co., Ltd (TSE:9704) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 27,587,893 shares, representing 9.98% of its share capital for ¥1,500 million in total. The company will purchase its shares from Credit Suisse AG Hong Kong Trust Account Far East Global Asia Account 2. The share repurchase program will run until March 28, 2018. As of December 31, 2016, the company had 276,358,934 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 173,794 shares in treasury.
