agilon health announced the appointment of Ronald J. Kuerbitz as chief executive officer, effective February 20, 2017. Mr. Kuerbitz's announcement caps a period of strong momentum for agilon in which the company filled key leadership roles with deep expertise in value-based healthcare, expanded its geographic reach through strategic partnerships, and grew the number of patients served. Mr. Kuerbitz was CEO of Fresenius Medical Care North America.
