Aurora Absolute Return Fund is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The Fund invests in the unlisted Aurora Fortitude Absolute Return Fund (the Master Fund). The Master Fund invests in opportunities that it considers to offer attractive risk return characteristics with a focus on potential catalysts that seeks to generate a profitable return regardless of the market direction. The Master Fund uses derivatives for risk management. The Fund's investment manager is Aurora Funds Management Limited, which is engaged in managing funds that invest in Australian and global listed securities and derivatives.
