Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe ADP, announced the appointments: Franck Mereyde is appointed Deputy CEO of TAV Airports, in accordance with Sani Sener, CEO of TAV Airports. Starting 15 October 2017: Marc Houalla is appointed Director of Paris-Orly Airport. He will join the Executive Committee of Groupe ADP. These appointments are part of the Connect 2020 strategic plan, which has led to the creation on 1 July 2017 of the Operations Division (DGO) led by Franck Goldnadel and of ADP International, led by Antonin Beurrier. As part of his duties, Marc Houalla will work in coordination with the Operations Division. Franck Mereyde, aged 45, has been Director of Paris-Orly, within Groupe ADP since 2011. In 2005, he joined Aéroports de Paris S.A., where he was Deputy Director of Operations, then Director of Operations at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. He was also responsible for the freight. In 2007, he was appointed Director of the terminals 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport, then in January 2010, Director of terminals 2E, 2F, 2G, and also the hub between TGV/RER of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. In December 2006, Marc Houalla was appointed head of SEFA. Marc Houalla became the Director of the National Civil Aviation School in November 2008. From November 2008 to January 2011, he combined both positions at ENAC and SEFA.

- real estate management (5.4%): land and commercial real estate property leasing (businesses, offices, hotels, logistics buildings, passenger registration and transfer, baggage handling, aircraft management (cleaning, guidance, storage and starting assistance, aircraft loading and unloading), etc.;
- other (31.2%): including international airport management, airport engineering services, specialized telecommunications services, etc.
