CHANGE TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS 2020

Milan, 14 October 2020 - In compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2, paragraph 1, lett. b), of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA, it is noted that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the examination and approval of the Interim Management Report at 30 September 2020 will be held on 26 October 2020, instead of on 11 November 2020, as previously communicated.

The financial calendar 2020 following the aforementioned changes is as follows:
