Sharx Inc. is a Wyoming corporation, and its operations are derived from its wholly owned subsidiary Sharx DK ApS. Sharx DK ApS is a Danish company, which is a distributor of products for Cleaver ApS, a Danish corporation (Cleaver). Cleaver is a manufacturer of a line of products for the logistics and cargo industry.
