Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Announces Redemption of 5.750% Notes Due 2020

On January 29, 2019, Advance Auto Parts, Inc. notified Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee (the trustee"), of the company's intent to redeem all $300 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.750% notes due 2020 (the 2020 notes) at a redemption price of approximately $1,035.00 per $1,000 principal amount of the 2020 notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the redemption date of February 28, 2019.
