Advan Group Co., Ltd. (TSE:7463) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 240,000 shares, representing 0.64% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to enable the execution of flexible capital policies in response to changes in the business environment.
The program is valid till February 11, 2023. As of January 11, 2023, the company has 37,739,746 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 16,072,946 treasury shares.
Advan Group Co Ltd, formerly Advan Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the import and sale of building finishing materials. The Company operates in three business segments.
