Adcock Ingram announced that Mr. Michael "Motty" Sacks has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk and Sustainability, HR, Remuneration and Nominations, as well as the Acquisitions Committee with effect from 29 January 2018.
