Adaptive Medias, Inc. announced that Sandy Grushow has joined the company as an Advisory Board member, providing assistance in areas of strategy and business development. Grushow currently runs his own strategic advisory practice. Most recently, Grushow was named to the Board of Governors of the Weather Company.
