Iomab-ACT has the potential to significantly improve the patient journey and increase patient access to revolutionary therapies like cellular and gene therapies by eliminating or reducing the need for non-targeted chemotherapy,' said
Iomab-ACT is a next-generation, CD45-targeted conditioning agent intended to enable either lymphodepletion or reduced intensity conditioning prior to CAR-T and gene therapies with multi-indication potential. Iomab-ACT has the potential to reduce toxicities and improve patient outcomes when paired with MSK's CD19 CAR-T cell therapy in difficult to treat relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This grant will advance the ongoing study of Iomab-ACT for patients with relapsed or refractory B-ALL or DLBCL.
About Actinium
Actinium develops targeted radiotherapies to meaningfully improve survival for people who have failed existing oncology therapies. Advanced pipeline candidates Iomab-B (pre-BLA), an induction and conditioning agent prior to bone marrow transplant, and Actimab-A (National Cancer Institute CRADA pivotal development path), a therapeutic, have demonstrated potential to extend survival outcomes for people with relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia. Actinium plans to advance Iomab-B for other blood cancers and next generation conditioning candidate Iomab-ACT to improve cell and gene therapy outcomes. Actinium's technology platform is the basis for collaborations with
