Notice of Posting Non-operating Income

ACSL Ltd. (ACSL) hereby announces posting of 11,282 thousand Japanese yen under non- operating income for the third quarter of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 (from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021)

1. Details of Non-operating Income

ACSL posted 11,282 thousand Japanese yen under non-operating income as a subsidy from New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) for a project, "Development of basic technology for safe and secure drones / Support for the design and development of major components for drones and support for the establishment of mass production system, etc." conducted in fiscal year ended December 31, 21021. This project is aimed at the mass production of drone for government procurement, and objectives are to develop a drone that meets the standard specifications, to build a system for mass production, supply, and maintenance of major components, and to establish a system for continuous performance and function improvement.

ACSL released a small aerial drone with high security "SOTEN" based on the technologies developed in this project, and it's available for order from December 7, 2021. For further information about it, please refer to the press "ACSL releases Small Aerial Photography Drone "SOTEN", and initiated taking orders" released on December 14, 2021.

2. Outlook

The influence of the posting of non-operating income on financial results has already been included in the financial forecast in the " Notice of Amendment to Consolidated Earnings Forecast of Financial Results for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2021" announced on November 11, 2021.
