ACRON Real Estate Funds Portfolio SICAV-FIS is AIFMD Compliant

Zurich, Switzerland; July 28, 2014 - The CSSF, Luxembourg's financial regulator, has approved the fund documentation for ACRON's SICAV-FIS real estate portfolio, which had been adapted to comply with the EU's directive on alternative investment fund (AIFMD), as well as the appointment of an external manager of alternative investment funds for the SICAV.

In compliance with the requirements of the AIFM directive, the SICAV sub-funds ACRON Swiss Properties Fund and ACRON US Metropolitan Fund will be administered by BIL Manage Invest SA, a subsidiary of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg. As a manager of alternative investment funds, BIL Manage Invest S.A. is regulated by CSSF and received an AIFM authorization. In the future, portfolio and risk management of the assets in the SICAV will be handled by BIL Manage Invest S.A. ACRON Swiss Properties Fund invests in commercial properties in Switzerland, while ACRON US Metropolitan Fund holds office properties in US cities.

An application for marketing the funds to professional and semi-professional investors in Germany and to professional investors in Austria is being prepared. The funds have already been approved for marketing in Luxembourg. In Switzerland the funds are only offered to qualified investors.
