Accordia Golf Trust announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2017. For the period, the company reported operating income of JPY 14,574 million compared to JPY 14,417 million a year ago. The increase in operating income was mainly due to 4.1% increase in number of visitors as AGT offered lower pricing during non-peak days. Revenue was JPY 14,512 million compared to JPY 14,321 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 3,202 million compared to JPY 2,975 million a year ago. Profit before tax was JPY 2,798 million compared to JPY 2,562 million a year ago. Profit for the period was JPY 2,499 million compared to JPY 2,274 million a year ago. Profit for the period attributable to unit holders of company was JPY 2,451 million compared to JPY 2,221 million a year ago. EBITDA was JPY 3,954 million compared to JPY 3,772 million a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities were JPY 2,587 million compared to JPY 2,339 million a year ago. Acquisition of property, plant and equipment was JPY 152 million compared to JPY 90 million a year ago. Acquisition of intangible assets was JPY 4 million. DPU for the period based on the number of units entitled to distribution was JPY 1.63 against JPY 1.39 a year ago. NAV per unit was SGD 0.89 as at June 30, 2017. Earnings per unit based on the weighted average number of unit in issue was JPY 2.23 against JPY 2.02 a year ago.
