Name, title, and resume of the new position holder: Ho, Ying-Chi, Chairman & Co-CEO of the Company; Yang, Ming-Fang, Director,General Manager & Co-CEO of the Company. Reason for the change: Due to organizational restructuring, the position of Co-CEO has been newly established.
