37 Capital Extends Closing of Proposed Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA. May 15, 2024.37 Capital Inc. (the "Company" or "37 Capital") announces that further to its news release dated March 27, 2024, regarding its proposednon-brokeredprivate placement of up to $30,000, the Company is extending the closing date by 30 days.

There will be no finder's fees payable, and certain insiders may participate in this proposed financing. All securities that will be issued in connection with this proposed financing will include a hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. The proceeds of this proposed financing shall be utilized for general working capital purposes.
