VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTELLIGENT HARDWARE BENCHMARKING

LABORATORY AND STRATEGIC COOPERATION WITH SICHUAN

UNIVERSITY

This announcement is made by 360 Ludashi Holdings Limited (the "Company" and its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis and for keeping the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest business development of the Group.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that, Chengdu Anyixun Technology Co., Ltd. ("Anyixun"), a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement ("Framework Agreement") with Sichuan University (̬ʇɽኪ). Pursuant to the Framework Agreement, Anyixun and the College of Computer Science of Sichuan University jointly established an intelligent hardware benchmarking laboratory (the "Laboratory") with the aim to develop a first-class third-party hardware benchmarking platform in China. The Laboratory was officially launched at the date of this announcement. In the meantime, the two parties will conduct strategic cooperation in personal computer and intelligent terminal hardware benchmarking, big data analysis, artificial intelligence algorithms, nurturing of talent and other relevant aspects.

Sichuan University is one of China's top universities directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, which is a high-level research-oriented comprehensive university located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The College of Computer Science of Sichuan University is a subordinate college of Sichuan University, which possesses competent scientific research and development capabilities and has two national innovation platforms and several provincial research centers, laboratories and collaborative innovation centers.

The Company will make further announcements in relation to the Framework Agreement in accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited as and when appropriate.
