After closing up 0.62% at 2139 points yesterday especially thanks to Netflix with +19%, the S&P 500 should open up +0.1% today. European markets have indeed started the day rising thanks to the Chinese figures but the main place in Europe are now at +0.1%.

As for statistics, Building permits came out at 1.23M and housing starts at 1.05M VS 1.18M expected. Operators will follow the crude oil inventories (2.2M expected) at 10.30am and the FED's Beige book at 2.00PM.

Graphically, the S&P 500 is always in an horizontal consolidation phase, after a rebound on the 2124 points area. In the very short term, we continue to monitor the exit of the 2135/2146 points in order to define a new trend.
