Mr. Newburg is a former senior officer of NCR Corporation with a background in business consulting including M&A, turnaround initiatives, development and implementation of domestic and global business plans, as well as development of financing proposals for both public and private companies.
Mr. Fredrickson brings more than 20 years of global leadership and technical experience to spur and deliver successful business growth for companies operating in mass media, gaming and hospitality, law, government and public utilities. Mr. Fredrickson’s functional expertise includes new technology development, process automation, customer services, strategic planning, and operational management.
