DISPOSAL OF SHARES BY SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

This announcement is made by the board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of ZMFY Automobile Glass Services Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 17.10(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "GEM Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Board was informed that Ms. Natsu Kumiko ("Ms. Natsu"), who beneficially interested in 216,000,000 shares of the Company (representing 27.23% of the issued share capital of the Company) through Lu Yu Global Limited a company wholly owned by Ms. Natsu has disposed the entire issued shares of Lu Yu Global Limited to Jiuxia Limited, a company wholly owned by Ms. Natsu on 17 January 2018.

On 19 January 2018, Jiuxia Limited had disposed the entire 10,000 issued shares of Lu Yu Global Limited to Mr. Xia Xiufeng ("Mr. Xia"), a non-executive director and chairman of the Company (the "Disposal").

Immediately following the Disposal, Mr. Xia beneficially holds 216,000,000 shares of the Company (representing 27.23% of the issued share capital of the Company) through Lu Yu Global Limited and Ms. Natsu ceased to be the substantial shareholder of the Company.

The Board does not expect that the Disposal will have any material adverse effect on the operations of the Company.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
