Thriven Global Bhd : OTHERS Thriven Global Berhad ("Thriven" or "the Company") - Joint Venture Agreement entered into between Thriven NCR Sdn. Bhd., a 85%-owned subsidiary of the Company and Perak State Secretary Incorporated

The Board of Directors of Thriven wishes to announce that a 85%-owned subsidiary of the Company, namely Thriven NCR Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1211377-U) of Level 23A, Menara LGB, No. 1, Jalan Wan Kadir, Taman Tun. Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur and the Perak State Secretary Incorporated of No. 5-2, Aras 5, Blok B, Wisma SSI, Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, 30450 Greentown, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan had on 12 January 2017 entered into a joint venture agreement for the development of affordable housing scheme on eleven (11) pieces of freehold lands measuring approximately 43.297 acres in Tempat R.T.P. Behrang Ulu, Mukim of Hulu Bernam Timur, District of Muallim, State of Perak Darul Ridzuan ('Joint Venture').
