The&Partnership announced today it has named Chad Gilchrist as its new CFO, North America and promoted former Director of New Business, Kelly Stevens to CMO, North America. The agency also promoted Nathan Stewart, formerly Group Account Director to Managing Director, Dow Jones. Gilchrist and Stevens will report to Andrew Bailey, North America CEO of The&Partnership Stewart will report to the The&Partnership’s New York President, Agnes Fischer.

Gilchrist comes to The&Partnership with over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently serving as global CFO for Group SJR. Earlier, he held prominent roles at J. Walter Thompson, DraftFCB and Modern Media. Gilchrist got his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami Business School.

Prior to her promotion, Stevens led all marketing and new business efforts for The&Partnership, including pitches with the agency’s media arm, m/SIX, and other WPP partner agencies. Stevens has also supported new business efforts out of the agency’s London and Toronto offices and has been responsible for many of the agency’s biggest wins including Carlsberg Group, John Hancock/Manulife and Chico's FAS, among others. Her career encompasses nearly two decades of agency experience with stops at Figliulo&Partners, TBWAChiatDay LA, Merkley+Partners, Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy & Mather. She has a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara.

Before his appointment to Managing Director, Nathan Stewart spent almost four years as Group Account Director within The&Partnership, leading teams across all accounts in the agency’s NY office, including The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones Media Group, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Arconic, Captain D's and The Whitney Museum of American Art. In his new role, Stewart will lead the integrated global team across North America and Europe for Dow Jones. Stewart got his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.
