Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc., a health care compensation and human resources management consulting firm, launched its first ever Endowment and Foundation Investment Staff Compensation Survey, which provides total compensation data for management staff handling investments and assets, enabling organizations to make informed decisions about the competitiveness and reasonableness of its compensation programs.

SullivanCotter's Endowment and Foundation Investment Staff Compensation Survey is the only source that examines all three vehicles used to deliver competitive pay to senior investment staff: base salary, incentive pay and qualified/nonqualified retirement benefits. The survey will also examine cash compensation for other investment staff, as well as detailed incentive plan design and pay-for-performance.

Total compensation for the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director positions will be reported in the survey, as these roles are often subject to the IRS reasonable compensation requirements. Additionally, compensation data will be provided on other key positions including Investment Director, Investment Manager, Investment Associate and Investment Analyst.

For more information on the survey, registration or participation, please contact the SullivanCotter Survey Team at (888) 739-7039 or surveys360@sullivancotter.com.
