Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that Prudential Regency Real Estate has joined the network and is operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Regency Real Estate.

The full-service brokerage, founded in 1977, joins a growing list of affiliates that has transitioned to the network since September 2013. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices now counts 34,548 agents and 1,075 offices in 47 states. Already, the network was named 2014 “Real Estate Agency Brand of the Year” by consumers in the 26th annual Harris Poll EquiTrend® study and “Startup of the Year” among all U.S. industries at the 2014 American Business Awards.

“We are honored and extremely proud to be part of a brand inspired by Berkshire Hathaway, one of the world’s most trusted and respected companies,” said Broker/Owner Larry Ginsburg. “This network is built on the values of trust, integrity, stability and longevity, which are values we live every day.”

Ginsburg, who brings 42 years of local real estate experience to the brand, said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices will help his company grow. “Our compelling, new value proposition will appeal to consumers and real estate professionals alike,” Ginsburg explained. “We look forward to a bright future with the brand.”

As part of the transition, Regency Real Estate agents gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Global Network Platform, a robust suite of real estate tools and resources, in addition to the network’s professional education, business consultation and the exclusive Luxury Collection program for high-end listings. Resources include powerful lead generation, a handy mobile app, and other tools fueled by the cleanest, most accurate real estate data available.

“It’s a win-win for consumers and our agents when you combine the powerful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand, tools and resources with our solid local reputation and knowledge of the Greater Lehigh Valley marketplace,” Ginsburg said. “We will take our customer service to new heights.”

Stephen Phillips, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, welcomed the brokerage. “Larry and his expert team are well-respected in the Greater Lehigh Valley, and we’re delighted they’ve chosen to go forward with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices,” he said.

Regency Real Estate will commemorate its brand transition today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception for agents, employees and business alliances. Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski will participate in the activities. The brokerage’s Cabernet and White yard signs are now appearing throughout the Lehigh Valley.
