PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF PB

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), AmInvestment Bank Berhad ("AmInvestment Bank") is pleased to announce that PB proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in the Company ("PB Shares"or "Shares") ("Placement Shares") of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of PB ("Proposed Private Placement").
