Orbis SA : Information concerning the level of revenues and hotel operating ratios of the Orbis Group during the period January – December 2013.

Enclosure to current report no. 6/2014

Orbis S.A. hereby submits initial information concerning the revenues on continuing operations of the Orbis Group during the period January - December 2013 that were at the level of PLN 682.6 million. During the 4th quarter of 2013 hotels of the Orbis Group were able to take benefit, among others, of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP19), organized in Warsaw. Additionally, the food and beverage (F&B) revenue increase was impacted by our new F&B concept.

A considerable influence on the Group's revenues for the 12 months of 2012 was exerted by the European Football Championship UEFA EURO 2012 hosted by Poland in June, which resulted in the high level of average room rate and revenue per available room.
