Ron Graff Jr., chairman of the board of directors of the Ohio Grocers Association, announced the selection of Kristin Mullins as new president and CEO.

'After careful consideration and thought, we are excited to have Kristin officially step in to lead OGA,' says Graff. 'After a successful interim period, we are confident that her vast experience in association management and extensive industry knowledge will serve our Ohio Grocers Association members well.'

Kristin Mullins has served OGA for over 26 years in nearly every capacity ranging from membership, to marketing to operations and fund raising. She steps in as president having previously served as executive vice president/COO for the last 10 plus years.

'I'm deeply honored to be chosen as OGA's next president and CEO,' says Mullins. 'Serving OGA has been my life's work and passion and I look forward to the opportunity to lead this great association as we tackle the issues that lay ahead.'

Kristin grew up in the industry, hailing from Girard, Ohio, where her father worked for the A&P Company. She moved to Columbus back in 1989 and started her tenure at OGA in 1990.

Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin University. Mullins and her husband reside in Marysville, Ohio, with their two children.

Mullins succeeds Nate Filler, who served as president and CEO of the Ohio Grocers Association for 4 years. Filler left OGA in October.

Founded in 1899, the Ohio Grocers Association (OGA) is a statewide trade association representing nearly 400 member companies, including retail grocers, wholesalers, manufacturers and related suppliers to the food industry. For more information, visit OGA's website by clicking here.
