By We refer to the article entitled "Bina Puri to bag Pakistan highway deal?" in The Edge Financial Daily of 12 January 2012 and would like to confirm that we have received the letter of intent dated 11 November 2011 from the National Highway Authority in Islamabad, Pakistan with regard to the conversion of existing 4-lane Karachi-Hyderabad super highway into 6-lane motorway (M-9) on build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
We are currently negotiating the financial and legal aspects of the concession agreement with them. We will make further announcement on the progress of the concession.
