Ms. Yolin and Ms. McMahon will explore patterns of disruptive conduct, the consequences of such conduct, appropriate institutional responses, reporting, notice and hearing requirements, and other effective management strategies to promote professionalism and minimize legal exposure to the institution.

Ms. Yolin focuses her practice on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and graduate medical education matters. She has extensive experience in health care transactional matters such as hospital joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations.
