The shareholders of Marquard & Bahls AG have elected Tom Intrator to join the Supervisory Board of the Hamburg-based family-owned company. His appointment shall take effect from March 3, 2017.

Tom Intrator looks back at a successful 32-year career with the family-owned US commodity conglomerate Cargill, where he most recently served as CEO of Cargill International and as President Energy, Transportation and Metals Trading Business for Cargill worldwide. During that time Tom has gained extensive experience in management and corporate governance. He has a deep understanding of trading, risk management, commodity supply chains, and market analysis. Tom is passionate about corporate culture and talent development. He is a Swiss national who lives in Geneva.

Marquard & Bahls AG is a Hamburg-based family-owned company that operates in the fields of energy supply, trading and logistics.
