A native of the U.S., Mr. Hecker joined Egon Zehnder after accumulating more than two decades of experience as a global business executive at established Fortune 500 companies including Kraft Foods Group, Inc. His achievements there included successfully managing major brand portfolios and driving the development of new products. Most recently he served as the chief commercial officer of PureCircle Limited, the world's leading innovator and producer of stevia sweeteners and flavors, where he pioneered global markets and expanded the sales infrastructure to enable vigorous growth.
