(Stock Code: 6830)Reference is made to the news release of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (the "Stock Exchange") dated 2 October 2015 (the "News Release") in relation to, among others, the censure of Huazhong In-Vehicle Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") for its breaches of the Rules 2.13, 3A.23, 14A.04 and 14A.63 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the "Listing Rules").
Pursuant to the directions of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange given in the News Release, (a) each of Mr. Zhou Minfeng, Mr. Chang Jingzhou, Mr. Wang Yuming, Mr. Xu Jiali, Mr. Yu Shuli, Mr. Tian Yushi and Ms. Lai Cairong, who are current directors of the Company, has attended 24 hours of training on Listing Rules compliance, director's duties, including 4 hours of training on notifiable and connected transactions, provided by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors by 28 December 2015 and (b) written certification of full compliance issued by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors was provided to the Listing Department on 11 January 2016.
